The Conscious Designers Collective (CDC)
The Conscious Designers Collective (CDC) is an ecollective founded by ethical design labels Tammam, Miksani, Elena Garcia Eco Couture, Nancy Dee and Ria Roberts. New member include Beautiful Soul and Emesha.
Born out of shared ethical values we support skilled and qualified artists and designers who practise in an ethical way using sustainable materials such as organic cotton and recycled fabrics.
The CDC host regular sales and events to support and promote ethical design and production.
We are a not-for-profit organisation. Profits will go directly back into the cost of events and promotion for members as well as into research. The CDC want to spread the message of the importance of fair trade, environmental practices and sustainability. We also offer a consultancy service to businesses who wish to become ethical and need advice and contacts with fairtrade producers abroad.
